职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
? Trouble shooting and promote company’s analog products in mega customers
? Work with mega customers to capture product requirements into product specifications;
? Collaborate with functional organizations within the company to ensure product execution and create successful product launch campaigns.
? Build strategy relationships with mega account technical level engineers
? Understand the competitive environment to ensure product differentiation and effectively communicate those to customers.
? Function as a subject matter expert in communication system
? Focus on driving new product revenue
? Find projects, identify sockets, drive project to win
? Communicate customer products expectation and requirement crystal clear back to internal marketing and engineering team.
? Provide weekly customer projects status report and update
? Critical issue escalation and close-loop tactical execution
? Executive appointment: Leverage company executive visits and major exhibition event to create executive appointments.
? QBR: Participate QBR to identify gaps among products, Technology, Market Trend, Quality and fulfillment category and initiate and execute continuous improvement plan tactically.
? Competitor tracking: Timely provide competitor information/samples to division.
? Experience on supporting telecom customers is plus

Required Qualifications
? Preferably at least 5 years of R&D or FAE experience
? Strong team work spirit, high integrity, and self-driven type of personality.
? Knowledge of analog products, including data converter, amplifier, Interface etc
? BS or MS degree major in EE.
