MARKET DEVELOPMENT
? Develop and implement national marketing and business development strategies
? Drive the business development and cultivation of key client accounts, in collaboration with National Sales Manager and Division Leader.
? Collect and analyze competitor and market intelligence.
? Research customer needs and satisfaction feedback and work with sales officce Leader / business leader to achieve desired service levels.
? Develop and increase distribution channels across the industry.
? Initiate marketing events /activities to promote product branding and acceptance
? Organize marketing/sales support through product training, promotion brochures, demonstrations, samples, technical updates, etc.
? Organize / conduct market / product research
? Source, negotiate and establish successful national distributor contracts
? Ensures appropriate quality levels on all newly authorized product and industry resellers.
? Play an active role in obtaining feedback from customers, resellers in order to assess and determine future product requirements and direction.
? Assist with developing product-pricing strategy by providing input to Company regarding customer buyer values and competitive forces in the marketplace.
? Plan and coordinate all product launch activities for primary products across all industries.
? Coordinate product training for all field and reseller resources.
? Establish relationships with government bodies and local authorities as well as senior management of key account targets
? Track competitors, partner business and customer processes

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
? Evaluate product suitability for market through REHAU sales office and key customers.
? Research business opportunities for new product ideas/innovations and submit business plans for approval.
? Develop and implement roll out plans/programs/materials for approved innovations or new product ideas.
? Source appropriate products from the global REHAU network.
? Initiate appropriate pilot programs to test customer and market receptivity.
? Fine tune product development via consultations with key accounts and sales staff.
? Determine if product development becomes a proprietary range, indent or custom manufactured.

MARKETING / UTILISATION / SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING
? Determine product type and product range for the assigned market and region.
? Plan growth of the distribution channels.
? Analyze and track the sales trends, forecasts and inventory reports to ensure optimal supply chain management and disposal of ‘aged’ inventory in collaboration with SOM
? Undertake market forecasting and trend analysis for marketing and production purposes
? Work with factory manager to achieve the utilization targets for the product area(s)
? Develop national pricing and discount structures.

COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTION
? Coordinate and implement marketing promotion activities, e.g. advertising, trade-shows, conferences, seminars, mail-outs and samples distribution to enhance the image of REHAU and products.
? Provide and organize training for external business associates as part of the REHAU Academy concept.
? Conduct training programs for sales office staff to enhance their abilities to sell and support the relevant product concerned.
? Network with other industry stakeholders and attend industry events and gatherings.

REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, or equivalent at least.

2) EXPERIENCE
? At least 5 years experience in business development, sales and marketing management in a mid to large size firm, experience in B2C business model.
? 2 years managerial role is required.

3) SKILLS
? Strong strategic planning, analytical and presentation skills to formulate marketing and business proposals.
? Good project management skills and drive to implement approved strategies and plans,
? Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills to manage key client accounts.
? Strong team building and leadership skills to foster relations with the Sales/Technical Application & Development teams.
? Good negotiation and coaching/training skills.
? Proficiency in English language
