负责公司产品系统级服务器日常管理维护，对系统进行性能分析、优化、问题跟踪，为客户远程提供必要的技术支持。

Duties:
1.The implementation of monitoring, reporting, deploying, refining and automating configurations on the map generation server and client.
2.Deploy and monitor the map generation system product. Analyze and fix the issues from operation in time.
3.Aid for the design of operation service architecture and aim at the high reliability. Improve the operation service architecture continuously.
4.Provide the support for fixing the malfunction from customer’s operation. Support the R&D team to improve the performance bottleneck from normal operation view.
5.Work with external and internal users on server issue troubleshooting.

职责：
1.负责公司地图生成服务器日常管理维护，对系统进行性能分析、优化、问题跟踪；
2.地图生成产品的系统安装部署、系统监控、故障分析和排查，及时响应并处理各种故障；
3.以高可用性为目标，协助进行运维架构设计，并对其持续进行优化；
4.协助解决运维工作中重大故障，性能瓶颈等相关疑难问题；
5.定时向公司汇报运维情况。

Necessary Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or Master in Networking Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
2.3+ years relevant experience in an enterprise environment supporting server or IT infrastructure.
3.Thorough understanding of web server, middleware/application server, database. Familiar with the operation for database such as Mysql or Oracle.
4.Operate Linux OS. Rich experience in Linux shell script programming.
5.Experienced in the Linux web server setting up.
6.Familiar with the common networking communication protocols, such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTPS.
7.Strong background in maintaining and supporting virtual environments and virtual networking. Familiar with the usage and management of virtual machine such as KVM and VirtualBox.
8.Experienced with the deployment Linux application with ansible Playbooks will be plus.
9.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills including ability to find out root cause.
10.Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

资格：
1.本科及以上学历，网络通信、计算机科学及相关专业毕业；
2.3年以上企业服务器或IT支持相关工作经验；
3.透彻理解网络服务器、中间件和数据库，能熟练操作常用数据库如mysql和oracle；
4.熟练使用Linux，丰富的Linux shell脚本编程经验；
5.具备基于Linux web服务器搭建经验；
6.熟悉常见网络通信协议，如以太网、TCP/IP等；
7.较强的虚拟环境和虚拟网络的维护和支持背景，熟悉常用虚拟机如KVM、VirtualBox的使用和管理；
8.具备ansible部署Linux应用程序工作经验者优先
9.较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
10.良好的英语口语和书写能力。

3.Experience in Embedded Systems.
4.Experience working with Amazon Web Services and/or Cloud based systems.
