职位描述：
【岗位职责】
1.对现有日常审计工作中工程合同及付款相关的工作进行过程控制；
2.对工程结算、招标标底等工程资料进行专门审计；
3.评审企业内部控制制度的健全性和有效性以及风险管理，检查内控的执行情况；
4.跟踪企业经营活动，防错纠弊；
5..领导交办的其他工作。


【任职要求】
1.专业知识：性别不限，工程相关专业本科以上学历；
2.熟悉财经法律法规、会计准则和审计准则，3年以上房地产或建筑企业工程造价预算或审计工作经验；
3.坚持原则，具有较强的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、沟通协调能力和组织能力，工作严谨细致；
