Mission:
Q Project Management for new product development.
Define quality criteria for new product.
Make quality plan for IPD process and Mass production.
Make pre-serial sample test reprot for new product, ensure that they are fulfill requirement and process capability are sufficient.
Develop test method and measuring equipments, train the task owner.
Responsibilities:
Q project management for IPD and PIM process, make project plan, issue Q task, follow up project status, coordniate and ensure Q task are completed on time.
Study and verfiy the product specification according standards, develop test concpet for new product.
Organize FMEA and TR for new product development.
Release the Milestone Q-release report and sign the pre-serial, 0-serial report
Coordinate the the pre-serial, 0-serial samples ensure that they are fulfill requirements
Develop test method and test equipemnt, train the task owner.
Make process audit for both internal and external, ensure process capability are sufficient.
Organize Field test for both internal and external.
Particiapte the cause analysis for quality failure, find root cause and make quality improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
5 years Quality Engineer experience.
Proficient in quality tools, eg.QC 7tools, SPC, FMEA, TR, PPAP, DOE, QFD, MSA, 6 sigma, Minitab
Language: English and Chinese, written and Oral
Software Application: Office Software, SAP, CAD,
