职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责：
1、Make maintenance plans according to the instructions from the direct supervisory management and implement
根据直属主管下达的维修工作任务及指标，编制行之有效的工作计划，并组织落实。
1.1 Conclude and summarize the maintenance practice, draw up maintenance plans for machinery and facilities, monitor implementation of these plans
总结和归纳维修实践，制定机器设备的维修保养计划,并保证这些计划的实施；并负责制定相关设施、设备的维修保养计划；
1.2 Implement energy saving maintenance plans and control maintenance costs
推行节能运行维修计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
2、Monitor the operational conditions of machinery and facilities to ensure smooth and safe operation
监控机器设备及设施的运行状况，确保安全及正常运作。
2.1 Keep a close eye on the operation of machinery, do routine maintenance, accept the instructions from the assistant manager of engineering & Facility department on maintenance work, inspect the maintenance quality
要求掌握公司机器设备的正常运行和日常维修,接受并组织实施工程设施副经理的运行调度和日常维修工作安排,检查维修质量,保证正常运行。
2.2 Inspect machinery and facilities according to maintenance plans, issue repair notification in a timely way in case of finding any problem
按照维修保养计划对机器设备、设施进行巡查,对查出的问题要及时发出维修通知,以保证设备设施处于完好的状况.
2.3 Monitor the subordinates to do job strictly in line with SOPs to ensure safety
督促属下员工严格按照操作规程作业，确保安全生产；
2.4 Master the working summary report of related posts, solve problems in a timely way and get rid of hazards
了解相关岗位的工作汇报表，及时解决问题，消除安全隐患；
2.5 Assist the manager of engineering & facility department to make maintenance plans and improvement plans for machinery and facilities, report immediately to the direct supervisory management in case of any problem during implementation
协助工程设施部经理制定设备术维修,技改造和设备更新等计划的执行中如发生问题及时向直属主管汇报；
2.6 Per instructions from the assistant manager of engineering & facility department, monitor
the contractors to do maintenance and inspections, organize staff to cooperate
根据工程设施副经理的要求,监督外单位承担大修、检测等项目,并组织人员密切配合,保证符合规定的要求。
2.7 Assist with the safe production of the department
协助做好本部门的安全生产工作；
2.8 Establish well-kept technical profiles and maintenance profiles for machinery and facilities建立完整的设备设施技术档案和维修档案。
3、Take responsibility for the purchasing and management of spare parts
做好备品及零配件的采购及管理工作。
3.1 Make spare parts purchasing plans and submit to departmental manager
制定有关的备品、备件购买计划,上报部门经理；
3.2 Manage the in and out of spare parts and avoid waste
管理零配件的出入库工作，避免维修用料的浪费；
3.3 Summarize the using effect of spare parts, improve purchasing strategy and reduce maintenance costs
总结零配件的使用效果，采购实惠材料，降低维修费用。
4、Manage the subordinates
做好属下员工管理工作
4.1 Monitor the implementation of regulations
监督下属人员的执行规章制度的情况；
3.2 Prepare roaster of maintenance staff, arrange subordinates to take leaves
编制维修人员排班表，有计划安排好下属人员休假；
4.3 Give direction and assessment to subordinates, collect statistics of maintenance work and prepare daily report
对下属人员进行业务指导、工作考核，对各维修工的工作进行统计,编报每天的工作日报表；
4.4 Put forward training suggestions to subordinates to improve their skills
提出下属人员培训建议,定期对员工进行技能,基本素质的培训，不断提高操作水平，提高制冷效率。
5、Finish other assignments from the management
完成直属主管交办的其他任务

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验：

1、 Minimum 2-year experience of maintenance management filed, carbon dioxide refrigeration maintenance is preferred
至少两年的维修管理经验，二氧化碳制冷方面者优先
2、 Degree or Diploma level in refrigeration ,electricity or machinery would be most desirable 大专及以上学历，制冷、机械或者电气自动化专业优先
3、 Rich experience in daily inspection and maintenance of factory machinery and management experience in cold storage field.
工厂机电设备日常点检维修经验，冷库维修管理经验
4、 Basic English reading ability and OFFICE software operating skill
基本英语阅读能力和OFFICE软件应用能力
5、 Excellent communication skills
较强的沟通能力
6、 Good team working ability
良好的团队合作
7、 Enthusiasm
