Responsibilities:
）College education, can work in shift, have above 3years of chemical manufacturing and the site management experience. Coating production background is prefered. 大专及以上学历，能适应轮班工作，化工生产环境工作经验3年以上，并有一线管理经验。有涂料生产经验佳。 2）Take responsibility of the safety, production,Quality,effencicy and 5S, control in a good status. 负责所在班组的安全，生产，质量，效率，5S并控制在良好状态。 3）Take responsibility of the people management, give them the necessary training about the operating skill, safety issues and working dispiline, give the operators peformance evulation. 负责所在班组员工管理，对员工进行必要的操作技能，安全和劳动纪律的培训和绩效考核。 4）Keep good commucation with the planning, EHS,QC,process, and Warehouse. 和生产计划，EHS，QC，工艺，仓库等其他部门能进行良好沟通与协调。
5）Have the ability of the problem solving. 有一定的解决问题能力.

Requirements:
