职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责：

1. Initiate & lead projects to improve efficiency, productivity, lead time, quality, delivery and inventory turns.
领导改善项目，包括生产效率，生产周期，质量，准时和存货控制。
2. Development and improvement of the factory layout to properly support current and future forecasts and expansion plans.
工厂平面布置规划，提高厂房利用率。
3. Formulates the capital budget & plans specific capital and expense needs of the business, develop equipment spec’s and submit proper documents for approval.
编制固定资产及费用预算，制定采购设备标准，遵守固定资产及费用审批流程。
4. Lead continues improvement project through use of modern tools, i.e. Lean & Six Sigma, etc.
通过使用Lean，6西格玛等工具来领导工厂持续改善项目。
5. Develops, introduces and maintains operators’ skill training, certification and examination programs.
加强工人技能培训。
6. Collaborates with design engineering, production, purchasing and others to reduce manufacturing and product cost & quality improvements thru the improvement of manufacturing processes.
与设计工程，生产、采购等部门合作减少制造生产费用并提高质量和改善生产流程。
7. Develops and follows up on specific projects and priorities for the manufacturing engineers.
提出具体改善项目，并安排制造工程师的工作。
8. Develops a working relationship with other WWR manufacturing engineers and or managers so as to secure knowledge of our industry, manufacturing processes and existing best practices.
与西克其它工厂的相关人员保持良好沟通，以学习其先进制造经验。
9. Set up preventive plan for equipment and repair the equipment to keep production running smoothly.
建立设备和预防保养计划，维修设备确保生产平稳运行。


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
职责范围：

Leads the manufacturing engineering function so as to change and grow the Wuxi operation into a modern, efficient and high quality organization. Will supervise the manufacturing engineers, technicians and work with others to bring about aggressive improvement in the manufacturing areas.
领导制造工程部， 通过管理工程师、技术员及和其它部门合作来把无锡工厂改善成为先进，高效，高质量生产基地。


REQUIREMENTS
要求：

1. Good English and Chinese communications skills (written & spoken) are a must . Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point. Microsoft project a plus. Should have good planning, problem solving and analytical skills as well as being creative. Solid edge, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma background are a plus.
必须具备良好的英语和汉语的沟通能力。必须熟练掌握Excel, Word, Power Point等办公软件。需要有良好的计划能力，解决问题的能力，分析能力和创造力。懂得solid edge，精益生产， 6西格玛等知识。

2. College degree and 4 year experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Manager in a Manufacturing environment. Previous experience with a multi-national company is a plus.
