Accounting Management账务管理
Update records of raw materials and finished parts
原材料、成品报表的日常维护更新;
Fulfill QAD routine work such as RCT-PO,ISS-SO,ISS-PRV etc., and make sure it’s finished correctly
and timely every day.
完成每天库房收货、发货、退货、移库、回冲、报废和计划外出入库等QAD系统事务,保证事务正确性
和及时性,保证账务日清日结;
Follow up EDIMAT/WMS transfer and report and react if unusual condition happens; Check EDIMAT/WMS and adjust QAD if necessary.
跟踪EDIMAT/WMS扫描事务传输进度,反馈并协助解决异常情况,查询EDIMAT/WMS扫描所有事务,分析原因并调整QAD系统账务;
Make sure the conformity of records and QAD system, check and list open issues if any problems and follow up to close. Update QAD with approval of discrepancy.
确保单据数量与系统数量一致,深入分析差异原因并填写问题清单,跟踪责任人完成问题关闭;编制差异更新申请表并呈报上级领导批准,然后更新QAD系统库存;
每天分析库存情况,并制定行动计划进行跟踪并关闭。
Finish all QAD work to assist accounting shut at end of every month to make sure conformity of records
and QAD; Download supplier accounting list and finish related records.
配合财务关帐要求及时完成相关系统事务,保证系统数据准确性和内部工区对账一致性,并提交内部工区对账单。导出当月供应商对账单;完成上月相关数据报表制作;
Make files of all records as required.
整理所有单据和报表,按文件控制要求归档处理;
制定循环盘点计划,监督盘点是否完成并输出合规性报告。 R
Nonproductive materials management非生产性物料管理
Take charge of receiving nonproductive materials and ensure receiving notes are match with material object.
负责非生产性物料收货,确保收货单完成收货,并按文件控制要求归档;
Focus on Design change工程变更
Focus on product and design change, coordinate with planner, BOM controller etc. to adjust the data
关注生产和工程变更,协调计划、BOM控制员、财务的物料数据准备工作,更新库房相关信息,调整手工报表基础数据和系统账务; R
Inventory analysis库存分析
Make records of OBS withholding, OBS exceeding 120 days, site of QH
负责提交OBS预提、超期120天呆滞物料、QH库位处理;
Support Material supervisor and warehouse leader to finish month review and inventory analysis.
支持物料主管/经理和库房班长完成月度回顾及库存分析; R

Education 教育 College degree or above,
物流或相关专业专科以上学历。
Job experience 工作经验 Major in enterprise management. 2-4 years material / production planning working experience in manufacturing industry. Be familiar with MRP working flow.
二年在制造行业的物料生产计划经验,熟悉MRP工作流程
Professional knowledge/skills
专业知识/技能 Good command of computer operation, be good at office software application.
