Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Project Management:

As Project Manager to delivery high quality Supply Chain IT projects

Understand business need and develop related IT solution in one of the following areas:

Lean Manufacturing Solution, Smart Warehouse, Big Data empowered Planning, and Omni Channel Supply Solution.

Transform existing business process to improve total supply chain performance

Manage IT vendors including SAP, HP and Accenture to deliver high quality service for P&G

Plant IT Leader:

Plant Leadership Team Member- engaging Product Supply leadership on IT strategies & portfolio. Own IT Master Plan in cooperation with Site Digital Champion

IT Budget Management, Global Project Integration into sites.

Compliance Governance, Manage Escalations for Plant IT Issues & all shared Services

Overall plant IT leader, oversight of HP E2E site operations resource, operations & plant IT

IT Operations Governance:

Ensure IT Facilities/Data Centers are maintained Properly, Coordinate with E2E Site Ops Leader & Cybersecurity to ensure site is continuously working to improve controls and reduce vulnerabilities

Understand plant reliability opportunities and gaps, develop recommendation to address IT Infrastructure & Network

Ensure IT Compliance is in place (CSA>8). Proactively identify and monitor operations, Govern the shared service partner work at the site, Ensure system support processes are efficient and working effectively & ensure root-cause analysis is done on all IT outages.

Manage complex software development and integration technology projects in a fast paced, constantly changing dynamic environment.

Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services.

Innovation:

Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to Sector Innovation Leader. Proactively identify and drive value for P&G supply chain, Connect externally, evaluate new technologies and identify the benefit business case for using new technologies.

Qualifications

-Leadership – Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a “start-up” like environment. The candidate needs to have ability to ensure Operational Excellence in a Plant environment end to end.

-Supply Chain IT Infrastructure Subject Matter Expertise – Good understanding of IT infrastructure with a strong desire to improve an expertise that is now recognized as a critical skill in the new IT career model. This includes NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing.

-Project & Budget Management – Proven ability to successfully deliver medium to large projects.

-Client Management

-Vendor /Partner Management & Collaboration - Ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization where boundaries are sometimes unclear. Works well across teams and is seen by others as a strong team player. Successful track record of building strong working relationships with all levels of leadership and respected as the expert in their field in the plant environment.
