职位描述：
International Trade Department Manager
Founded at the beginning, our company is seeking "like-minded" people to start a business together. In view of the hard pioneering days we’re going to spend together, if you have capacity for the position, you’d better think twice about below points before you decide to join us.

2、 Please confirm you have enthusiasm of starting a business and striving for it.

Salary and welfare:
1、Salary
RMB4500~5500 per month + Commission after you become a regular worker.
2、 Welfare
We’ll buy social insurance for you once you join us, besides, you can enjoy the following benefits:
Paid annual vacation, holiday welfare, birthday allowance, and opportunity of outside training.
3、 Allowance
Allowance of business trip, and so on.

Dusties
1、To exploit and maintain the international market, establish global marketing networks, and extend our products and service.
2、To investigate market changes, analyze customer demand, and give advice to improve our products and service.
3、To maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction constantly.
4、 To make and implement sales plans.
5、 To establish and manage your team.

Requirements
1、 Both of following conditions are indispensable.
-A bachelor degree or above.
-Major in one of English, e-commerce, international trade, biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical and so on.
2、 Either passing TEM-8 or speaking fluent English with 480-score CET-6 is your essential condition.
3、 Being familiar with all kinds of office software is indispensable.
4、 Good interpersonal skills, logical thinking and organizational competence will make you easily stand out.
5、 You’d better be sincere, positive, optimistic, insistent, diligent, and good at cooperating.
6、 People with three years experiences (or above) in foreign trade industry will be preferred.
