Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1、根据项目需求，配合项目经理制定执行计划，协调跟踪项目进度，并主动发现和解决项目中出现的问题；
According to project needs, cooperate with the project manager making execution plan, track the project schedule and initiatively find & solve the problems arising from the project.
2、支持项目经理和技术负责人与客户建立良好沟通，不断推进项目的进度。
Support the project manger and technical leaders to build up fluent communication with customers so as to promote the progress of project.
3、搜集、整理、发布项目的数据和分析报告
Collect, organize, publish the project data and analysis report
4、组织，参加项目会议，整理会议记录，会后追踪相关的任务项
Organize and attend project meeting, make meeting notes, and tracking related action items
5、翻译和理解部分日语邮件，日语技术文档
Translate and interpret some Japanese mails and technical documents
6、协助处理团队建设，客户接待等日常事务性工作
Assist to team building, customer reception and other administrative and secretarial work.
Requirements:
职位要求：
1、大学本科学历或以上，计算机或通信相关专业, 可接受应届毕业生
Bachelor degree or above， major in computer or communication engineering, new graduates are acceptable
2、 在项目协调或者管理上有经验者优先考虑；
Has project coordination or management experience is preferred
3、学习过日语，能阅读和翻译日语相关文档
Has experience in Japanese, able to read and translate technical document written in Japanese
4、责任心强，执行力强；具备独立工作和团队协作的能力
With strong sense of responsibility and capable executive, ability to work independently or as a team player
5、具备良好的中英文沟通能力
With excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
6、了解缺陷跟踪，项目计划等项目管理工具优先考虑
Knowledge of bug tracking, project planning and other project management tool is a plus
7、了解具备敏捷软件开发流程，有一定的Scrum实践经验者优先考虑
Knowledge of software development using Scrum and proper Scrum practices is a plus
8、有海外工作经验者优先考虑

Chengdu R&D center auto driving team is currently serving 6 of the world’s top 8 vehicle manufacturers to develop in vehicle and server software. The product will achieve automated driving in production vehicles expected in 2020. The markets initially covered will be China, Europe, Russia, North America, and Japan.
