Job description:

-Responsible for the shop daily sales and lead he sales team in the shop to operate efficiently to achieve the sales target.

-In accordance with the company’s standards, to supervise of all employees maintain a good appearance and the quality of service.

-To keep good communication with customers, know customer needs, feedback and handling customer’s complaints, to improve customer satisfaction.

-Training all store staffs, including product knowledge, service quality, computer operation, etc.

-Maintain a good communication with the related departments; analyze routine sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly); responsible for daily staff management

-Responsible for store goods (purchase, sales, stocks management), control of daily shop expense.

-Location: Hangzhou Mixc

Requirement:

-5 years experience in the area of fashion and / or retail industry.

-Experience in leading and managing a team.

-Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry.

-Bachelor / College degree or above

-Written and spoken English, any additional Asian languages / dialects a plus.

-Detail-orientated.

-Capable of analyzing, organizing and planning.

-Team leader

-Be skilled in Microsoft Office and Internet, including sales data entry, send and receive email and so on.

1、负责按公司的营运要求，带领全体店铺员工完成销售指标。
2、按照公司的统一标准，督导全体店铺员工保持良好的外观形象及服务质量。
3、保持与客人的沟通，了解客户需求，反馈及处理客户意见和投诉，提高客户满意度。
4、培训员工的产品知识、服务质量及电脑操作等。
5、与公司相关部门保持良好沟通，进行必要数据统计及报表制作，进行日常员工人事管理。
6、负责店铺货品的进、销、存管理，控制店铺日常费用支出等。

职位要求：
五年以上奢华品零售管理或国际五星级等服务行业工作经验，其中3年以上为管理职位；
大专以上学历，流利的中英文说写能力；
熟练使用电脑办公室操作系统，包括销售数据的输入、日常邮件的收发等；
拥有出色的领导能力，工作态度积极及出众的服务热诚。
