Job Description(工作职责)


Manages, supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of a logistics center.

监督协调公司要求的仓库日常物流运作活动，并在此基础上提高业务的服务水平以满足客户更高的要求

* Manages, organizes and supervises large teams of warehouse operators
管理，组织，监督人数众多的仓库团队工作

* Organizes, leads, motivates, coaches and trains warehouse subordinates to ensure consistent compliance with the operation and security processes

组织，领导，鼓励，培训及监督仓库的正常工作，负责公司制定的物流工作的进程和仓库的保安， 安全和清洁

* Direct the order processing work including the loading/unloading, picking, palletizing and the

dispatch of products

监督和管理货物的装卸,装运,分派
* Supervises the inventory control of product, prevents damage, stock disappearance;
监督和管理货品的库存，防止货品损坏、丢失
* Maintains consistently the physical & data inventory integrity;
维护库存数据库的正常运行

* Maintains the warehouse and its equipment

维护仓库和设备

* Measure the performance of the team against KPIs.
确保绩效符合KPI指标

* Coordinates action with the company internal departments to streamline the operation and product

Flows

* Ensures processes are consistently

确保工作过程的流畅

* Create and maintain unit of purpose with strong team spirit with the team members

* Contributes with the logistics team to the design and the implementation of new process

Requirements（任职要求）



The position is an on-site position and not an office position. The candidate will operate in the warehouse

工作地点是仓库现场, 需要在仓库现场操作，非办公室职位

The position requires an outstanding leading personality and with a service-minded attitude and strong communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team

* Above 3 years related working experiences


3年以上的相关工作经验
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

* Conversant with main MS software applications
