POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: SHANGHAI

Description:
Manage and coordinate the communication between local and foreign vendors, clients and the company, a logistics service provider so as to deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.

管理当地及海外供货商、客户和公司各物流运作部门的沟通和协调，保证提供超出客户期望的服务水准。

Requirements:
- The position requires

- At least a bachelor degree

- At least 3 years experience in international trading or logistics-related industry

- Friendly service-minded candidates who are diplomatic and with good initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team

- Customer minded and great team player

- Motivated by a burning desire to help people

- Positive, responsive, dependable, well-organized

- Clear sense of logic and ability to make sense out of chaos

◆ Good command of both English and Chinese

◆ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and Chinese

◆ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

◆ Conversant with main MS software applications
