- Job description:
Dealing with the daily work assigned by line manager;
Coordinate with retail & operation issues;
Check and arrange the payment & expenses requisition;
To work closely with other department team in relevant projects and initiatives;
To perform other duties assigned by line manager;
Location: Shanghai.
- Requirements:
2 years experiences in either luxury or related industry at retail administrations;
Hands on experience in administrative support;
Good at running sale report and system operation;
Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty;
Good priority-setting, time-management and organizing skills;
Well skill and communication with outside vendor;
Detail orientation
