职位描述：

1. Analyzes the production process problems.

2. Maps the process and analyzes the failure modes, and update the technical or process documents in time.

3. Identify and implement product-related cost reduction opportunities.

4. Work with R&D and Projects in selecting, qualifying and optimizing the new production process or projects.

5. Carry out the continuous process improvement and all corrective action investigations and implementations related to Gerflor manufactured products.

6. Analyze scrap FG and process scraps and find out root causes and provide suggestions to improve the process.

7. Direct and train the operator to comply process discipline.
