职位描述：
Overview:
？ Responsible for Clarins E-commerce ( VIP.com and official site) daily operations including online communication, animation plan, promotion plan, stock management and demand planning

E-COMMERCE OPEARTION & SALES
? Achieve VIP.com annual sales target.
? Manage ecommerce warehouse operations with logistic team, including order fulfillment process, return and exchange, and packaging material management.
? Analyze sales data and feedbacks from consumers to improve ecommerce operations

LOCAL DIGITAL MERCHANDISING & MARKETING PLAN
? Execute e-commerce animation plan (promotions, emails, special offers, …) in line with local marketing plan, competitors benchmark and local market needs
? Define local promotional actions and product sets in line with brands’ profitability objectives and stock constraints
? Work closely with the Brand Management marketing to align online and offline activities and maximise customer potential

WEBMASTERING
? Coordinate localization of digital assets and copy provided by Global Digital, and brief designer to produce necessary content and pages
? Manage the website for product pages and other operation part including after-sale customer service to the platform including but not limited to VIP.com and official site
? Ensure product information is accurate and well represented on the site at all times including but not limited to product categories, pricing, product details and photography
