Capital and Expense Controlling资本性支出和费用支出控制

Responsible for reviewing plant expense against budget, and responsible for justifying capital expenditure through CAR process and keeping a tracking for it.

负责以预算为基础，回顾公司的费用支出；负责通过CAR流程分析公司的资本性支出并进行跟踪。

Budget and Forecast 准备预算和预测

Prepares yearly plan and quarterly forecast, tracks and updates those plans

年度计划和季度预测的准备，追踪和更新

Financial Closing 财务结账

Monthly close of plant, prepare analysis and explanation for variance reports and monitor the corrective actions, complete OPS pack for plant on time，工厂月度结账，准备差异报告并分析和监督整改计划，完成工厂月度回顾。

Financial Reports Analysis 报表分析

Collects data from financial staff and other controlling members based on financial statements and does variance analysis reports; analyses figures with the operation team and matches to special business items to find out the cause of variance; understands and defines metrics and performance definitions, calculations, and goals to facilitate productivity and quality improvement. (analysis tools includes BBP, ratio analysis, bridge, etc.); satisfies different analysis report requests from the different management team members and departments

月末根据财务报表,从财务和其他控制员处收集数据,制作各种对比分析报表。根据数据比较实际运营，发现特殊业务差异的原因；理解并定义执行的评估标准，计算依据，目标，生产力能力和质量能力的提高（包括BBP，比率分析，桥表等）；满足管理层不同人员和不同部门的分析报告需求

Cooperates with other department’s analysis needs 协调其他部门的分析需求

Submits strategic and tactical recommendations to the senior management to support business objectives. Creates models, conducts research, and analyzes actual business unit performance against targets in the operating plans, strategic plans, forecasts and sales incentive plans as applicable. Quantifies opportunities and risks, and recommends solutions. Conducts ad hoc analyses as needed to support the management’s operational decision-making.

Working Capital Improvement 营运资金改善

Monitor and manage company working capital against budgeted targets and drive BBP in improving working capital performance.

Continuous Improvement 持续改进

Responsible for overseeing and participating in Continuous Improvement incl. 6-Sigma, KAIZEN, VA/VE, PACT and etc, responsible for BPP reporting and analysis, and responsible for monitoring the implementation of corrective plans.积极参与持续改进项目，包括6西格马、KAIZEN、VA/VE和采购降价等，负责BBP的汇报和分析，以及监控改善行动的实施情况。
