职位描述：
1、负责部门已决定经营的商品的市场开拓或实施，跟踪执行落实，执行并完成实体商品货物的进出口业务；
2、建立并维护好客户关系及供应商关系；
3、协调负责日常对所经营商品所签订的合同的落实和执行；
4、保持对应收应付款项的关注并及时向主管副经理汇报；
5、建立并维护好与报关，商检，运输，收汇核销等相关单位的关系；查询经营的商品的海关、商检、许可证发放单位的监管管理政策条例规定；
6、负责审核，校对，打印编制外贸业务进出口单据；追踪收汇单据并配齐退税应有单据交部门财务员或公司有关人员及时退税；密切追踪监控进出口各个环节流程；
7、配合完成本部门其他业务人员筹备各种展会，准备样品及商品说明文件并出席相关展会或商业谈判；
8、利用广泛的社会交际以及公司提供的平台积极开发新客户和发现新商机；
9、发掘并提供自身业务能力及潜力，调动自身工作积极性和创造性，共同营造团结，奋进，严肃，活泼的部门风气；
10、制订本人工作计划分析报告书；密切和部门其他业务人员的协调统一配合工作，充分发挥一线实干能力和精神，完成主管副经理提出的其他工作要求。
岗位要求：
1、品行端正，勤勉敬业，工作严谨，有良好职业素养；
2、国际贸易、英语等相关专业大学本科及以上学历，综合条件优秀可以放宽到大专；
3、年龄24岁以上，具备2年以上国际贸易相关工作经验；
4、具有较好的英语听、说、读、写能力，大学英语六级及以上水平；
5、熟悉出口业务操作流程，能够完成贸单证缮制、报关报检、物流发运等外贸业务；
6、能熟练使用计算机和常用办公文件；
7、服从工作安排，有良好的独立工作能力，敬业精神和团队协作意识；
8、较强的沟通及协调能力，优秀的书面写作和口头表达能力；
9、身体健康，能适应和承受履行岗位职责所要求的劳动强度和工作压力。
