职位：耐磨钢业务分公司总经理

职责范围：

? 全权负责分公司的运营，包括销售，管理，生产，质量管理，采购，财务和人事等等。
? 构建和维护当地管理团队，带领公司在销售，采购和生产各方面成功和稳定的发展。
? 和集团总部密切合作，确保公司运营顺利和稳定发展，并保证公司产品质量和客户满意度。
? 和集团总部一起对公司的战略发展方向和目标做出努力。
? 对公司的预算和盈亏负责。
? 作为公司代表， 处理和当地政府及当地机构的事项。
? 定期向董事会指定的直属上司汇报公司运营的各项事务。
? 及时全面地向董事会汇报公司的业务发展以及和其他关联公司的业务发展情况，如需要，书面汇报。


能力要求：
? 金属材料和机械制造行业本科毕业，管理方面经验可优先考虑。
? 有丰富的技术知识背景和对金属材料有较强的理解能力
? 在金属行业10年以上工作经验
? 外资制造企业3年以上管理经验
? 很强的带领团队能力和组织能力
? 很强的销售能力
? 善于沟通
?了解欧美企业文化背景和能够适应国际化的工作环境

Job Title: General Manager – wear resistant steel branch

Responsibilities
? Overall responsible for operations management including sales, administration,
production & quality assurance, logistics & purchasing, finance & controlling and
human resources
? Develop an integrated management team locally and bring the company to a
successful and sustainable situation in terms of sales, purchasing and
productivity.
? Develop the cooperation processes with Headquarter in France and implement
them to ensure the operation runs smoothly and steadily and to ensure the quality
of products and customer satisfaction
? Contribute to strategies and goal setting and implementing in line with the
expectation of Headquarter
? Responsible for the company’s budget planning & forecasting as well as profit &
loss
? Report to and update the Headquarter every month on all operational issues
? Represent the company and interface with the local government and bureaus on
behalf of the company
? Keep the Board at all times promptly and fully informed (in writing if so requested)
of his conduct of the Business of the Company and any Associated Subsidiary
and provide such explanations in connection therewith as the Board may require
? Report to and regularly meet with his supervisor, as notified to him from time to
time by the Board

Requirements
? Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other fields, MBA is a plus
? Good technical background and understanding in stainless steel industry
? At least 10 years hands-on experience in metal industry
? At least 3 years general management experience in a foreign-owned
manufacturing company
? Strong organizational skills and sound leadership abilities
? Strong sales abilities
? Excellent interpersonal and communication/English skills
? With exposure in an international working environment and familiar with
European culture
