1.负责销售报价单,订单,出库单的编制;

2.整理公司订单、建立和维护客户资料、合同的执行并归档管理

3.提供销售业绩的统计、查询、管理;

4.负责与总部进行货品的采购;

5.负责与销售工作有关的来人来电来函的接待及处理;

6.负责综合协调分公司日常行政事务,(总机电话的转机,办公用品的采购,来访客户的接待等.)

7.完成上级交办的其他工作.



任职要求：



1.专科以上学历;

2.二年以上销售助理,行政助理等相关工作经验;

3.熟练使用OFFICE 办公软件,会使用金蝶K3软件尤佳;

4.基本的英文听说读写能力;

Nilfisk has founded factories in Dongguan and Suzhou of China, and has 12 directly sales companies in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. A series of annex in 1988-2004: That was which annexed the high pressure cleaner belong to Gerni Group in Denmark, the cleaning machine belong to Advance Group in U.S.A, the cleaning machine belong to Electrolux Group in Sweden, the industry vacuum belong to CFM Group in Italy, the sweeper belong to ECOLOGICA Group in Italy and the cleaning machine belong to ALTO Group in Denmark (including original cleaning machine belong to KEW Group in USA, America CLARK and Germany WAP etc.). Annexed Viper Cleaning Equipment Group of U.S.A in 2007.
