职位描述：
The finance manager will manage various financial and operational aspects of the practice including but not limited to:

1, Preparing budgets and forecasts for the companies
2, Performing financial analysis of business units and preparing cost reports for development projects
3, Establishing and implementing financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures
4, Implementing accounting system and internal control processes
5, Liaising with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensuring that the Company meets and complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements
6, Liaising with bankers on treasury related matters and tax consultants on tax issues
7, Liaising with local authorities on taxation, annual examination and related matters
8, Conducting budgetary control, credit control, tax and cash management
9, Assisting in ad hoc projects, such as due diligence, setting up of project companies
10, Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in economics,finance accounting management etc.
2.At least 1 year finance working experience in a foreign company or excellent new graduate stuents is considered as well.
3.Very fluent business English, both spoken and written.Good IT knowledge: especially Excel, but also Word and PowerPoint.
4.Good organizational skills and be able to take the initiative (especially for the tasks involved in the CFO assistant role). 举报 分享
