职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责教育中心业务及运营管理；
2、制定和实施教育中心年度及阶段性运营计划及费用预算；
3、建立和完善区域市场营销体系和营销团队；
4、与总部市场部协作，制定并实施区域市场调研和市场推广计划，组织实施，提高市场占有率；
5、带领营销及服务团队，监督、指导和激励下属工作，保证业绩目标的达成；
6、维护教学团队稳定，提升教研水平；
7、负责解决分校重大客诉，完善售后服务体系；
8、与总部各职能部门保持顺畅沟通，全面负责校区建设和日常事务管理。
任职要求：
1、28-40岁，本科及以上学历，市场营销、教育或管理类相关专业；
2、三年以上教育培训行业市场、销售或教务教学管理经验，具备英语口语基础者优先；
3、良好的计划和执行能力，善于沟通协调，分析决策，妥善处理应急事件；
4、优秀的书面及口头表达能力，熟练使用常用办公软件
