岗位职责：
1. 熟悉ALEXANDER’S产品知识，转化潜在客户为新客户。
2. 熟悉订单及配送流程，帮助客户解决下单及订单疑难问题。
3. 与运营配送密切沟通，及时更新客户及订单信息。
4. 耐心与客户沟通，灵活妥当处理客诉案例，用ALEXANDER‘S牌的温暖耐心服务态度安抚投诉客户。
5. 及时总结客诉问题原因并反馈给相关负责人员，收集案例，总结处理经验。
要求：
1. 热爱ALEXANDER‘S
2. 学习能力强，能较快接受新的产品信息，熟知运作流程。
3. 语言表达及沟通能力强。
4. 热血有活力，语言态度热情，积极主动。
