工作内容：
- 负责客户接待的工作及收集租户资料，做好租户档案的管理；
- 代表业主的利益处理相关租户租赁事宜；
- 协助业主方跟进/推进租赁的进度；
- 负责维护办公楼租户客户关系；
- 负责办公楼租户的租金收缴及催缴；
- 负责租户现金收取及开票事宜；
- 协助业务维护与当地政府的关系维护；
- 负责公司日常行政事务

任职要求：
- 年龄30－35岁左右，大专以上学历；
- 2年以上相关岗位工作经历；
- 形象气质佳，有良好的沟通和应变能力；
- 熟练操作办公室应用软件；

In 2013, we successfully launched our maiden US dollar fund and the fund targets up to US$200 ~ 300 million.

KaiLong has invested in 24 real estate projects with a total investment of over Rmb 8.4 billion, 12 of these projects were exited and generated very good risk-adjusted returns.
