1. 跟踪主机厂的生产装车计划，制定月生产计划和督促相关人员采购。与供应商沟通，提供相关月滚动需求，依照看板发出相关日常采购订单
2. 负责公司日常生产原材料，外购件，产成品的物流管理
3. 根据客户的订单需求和成品库存情况，制定生产计划（品种、数量、班次、人员）成品看板数量，发放相关看板拉动生产，协调解决生产中出现的各种问题及辅材需求，控制成品库存
4. 根据生产发货计划和生产计划现场库存情况、散件和外协件库存及总成散件/外购件生产到货周期，制定相应的滚动需求计划并跟踪落实（品种、数量、到货时间等），控制散件和外协件的库存
5. 建立供应商供货考核机制，持续改进供应商供货绩效
6. 每月进行月度盘存工作，寻找盘存差异并持续改进
7. 对所有物流盛具进行建档管理，定期维护，减少顾客抱怨
8. 跟踪顾客物流绩效评分，确保满足顾客要求
9. 物流人员的有效管理，持续改进现场供货水平
10. 参与新项目物流盛具的规划
1.Track OE's manufacturing and vehicle plan; Make monthly production plan and arrange purchasing; Communicate with suppliers and offer the update demand; Deliver the purchasing order according to Kanban
2.In charge of the logistics management of company's RM, outsourcing and FG
3.As customers' order and FG inventory require, make production plan(type, volume, shift, headcount),determine FG volume on Kanban, deliver Kanban information to push production, solve the various problems in production and the auxiliary demand, control FG inventory
4.Research delivery plan, production plan, on-site inventory, loose components & outsourced components inventory, outsourcing timely arrival cycle; Make the update demand plan and follow up the type, volume and arrival time; Control the inventory of loose components and outsourced components
5.Establish suppliers' assessment mechanism; Continuously improve suppliers' achievement
6.Monthly stock-taking; Find the stock-taking discrepancy and continuously improve
7.Make record of all the logistics containers; Maintain the record regularly; Reduce customers' complaints
8.Follow up customers' appraisal on logistics; Make sure to meet customers' demand
9.Efficiently manage the logistics operators; Continuously improve the on-site delivery capability
10.Involve in the logistics container planning of new projects
