职位描述:

Major Job Responsibility:

1, Manage all Process Engineering development activities;

2, Be responsible for new equipment /assembly line design /building;

3, Cooperate with the supplier to solve the problems during the equipment design, manufacture or usage;

4, Develop new technology/processes as required;

5, Control production costs and meet the budget, Cost reduction;

6, Cooperation with quality people to deal with Quality issues and customer Complain;

7, Online operator & technician training;

8, Be responsible for process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, process flowchart, process map, PFMEA, work instruction etc;

9, Be responsible for engineering sample building;

10, Be responsible for new production line running smoothly and into ramp up stage in time;

11, Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, product failure mode analysis, production yield improvement;

12, Cooperation with production team for productivity and capacity improvement, include manpower, line balance and production line layout optimization？.

Candidate Requirements:

1, Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Master is preferred;

2, 5+ years work experience as a injection molding/process engineer position;

3, Be familiar with injection molding, welding and assembly process;

4, Be familiar with statistical evaluation methods; knowledge in FMEA, quality tools, 6 Sigma knowledge, etc. , good analytical skills to solve the problems during the process development

5, Basic knowledge in TS 16949

6, Strong leaning & innovation thinking

7, Good skills of communication and conflict handling

8, Good oral and written communication skills in English.
