The main missions of the role are to:

Major Responsibilities:
1, Develop, plan, implement and supervise manufacturing function and strategies to achieve quality standard and customer`s needs.
2, Manages and trains a team of production staff with HR.
3, Lead, control, direct and manage a group of work force including tool, machine ,assembly line teams ;
4, Advises management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
5, Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and tech-niques.
6, Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
7, Work with other function departments to keep continuous improvement for cost-saving:,
8, Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
9, Be responsible for daily tool maintenance, machine maintenance, workshop 6S; work instruction, process implementation;
10, Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and security in EHS
11, set targets, implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource
planning in order to attain desired results

Basic Require-ments:
1, College degree or above, with engineering background
2, At least 8 years working experience in injection molding area in foreign invested company ,
among which 3 years' experience of molding shop management is required
3, Have experience of new plant setup and possess of automotive experience are preferred;
4, In depth knowledge of injection molding process, including molding shop management
process , machine and tool maintenance process control
5, Good knowledge of TS16949, well trained in new concepts like Leaning, 6 sigma etc.
6, Good command of English and PC skills
7, Strong data analysis ability and systematic thinking
8, Result-oriented
