Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1 According to the center for marketing plans, make the central market scheme and complete the visit performance indicators;

根据中心制定的市场营销计划，制定中心市场方案并完成来访业绩指标;
2 Responsible for the effective visiting key center quantity and quality; visit;

重点负责中心的有效到访数量和到访质量;
3 Be responsible for the construction of the central market team (including full-time, part-time extension personnel recruitment, training and supervision and examination);

负责中心市场团队的构建（包括全职、兼职推广人员的招募，培训与监督考核）;

4 Responsible for the market development and the center of the planning and implementation of activities;

负责中心的市场推广和活动的策划与实施;
5 Assist to market research and competitor information collection;

协助进行市场调研和竞争对手信息的收集；
6 Constantly market channel development, maintain existing channel relationships.

不断地进行市场渠道的开拓，维护现有渠道关系.

Requirements:
岗位要求：

1 College degree or above, marketing or related major;

大专以上学历，市场营销大类或相关专业;

2 Have strange business development and marketing work experience;

具备陌生开发客户和市场推广的工作经验;

3 A years team management experience; And familiar with local media and various market channel;

一年以上团队管理经验;并熟悉当地媒体及各种市场渠道;

4 Good negotiation and communication skills, strong execution of good，team cooperation.

良好的谈判及交际能力、执行力强，团队协作性好.
