职位描述：
Position Overview:
Prepare drafted consolidation plan, then place corresponding booking to airlines
Prepare full set shipping documents according to shipper’s letter of instruction and any other instructions as per SOP or as specified by supervisors.
Arranging airfreight according to instruction within committed leading time as well as reasonable cost.
Providing accurate booking/flight information to internal/external parties.

Position Accountabilities
Issue master and house airway bill via PROCARS system
Prepare BUP consolidation plan as per supervisors’ / managers’ instruction
Verify the correctness of document provided by shipper
Monitor the correctness of documents for special licensed shipment
Daily booking handover
Coordinate with warehouse on BUP consolidation plan handover
Make reservation of space from airline
Prepare and send working instruction to sub-contracted service provider.
Follow up the instructions of routing orders from overseas offices/agent
Ensure the freight is moved within commitment.
System data compliance.
Solving operational problem and propose operation guideline.
Preparing for necessary statistics report

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
More than 5 years’ experience in Airfreight and Logistics
Consolidation Knowledge and experience
Knowledge on local customs regulation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results and customer focused
Analytical and strong problem solving skills
Effective team player
