Our Client is a top real estate project management consultancy firm, with offices worldwide. They are currently recruiting a Senior/ MEP Project Manager in their Project Management Department.
The role

This person will deliver and manage service excellence in project management solutions through the delivery of positive outcomes for clients, demonstration of leadership and coaching to Assistant Project Managers, and through the innovation of service and knowledge.
Assist in programme monitoring, site inspection, cost control and quality control; ensure projects are completed in a correct and satisfactory manner and in the most cost effective way;

· Liaison with the Landlord, Client, allied professionals and local statutory bodies in the overall design/installation integration.
· Participation in project management and contract administration which include preparation of scope of services for project consultants and contractors, tender evaluation, etc.

· Assisting the approval of shop drawings and equipment submissions, issue of site instructions.
· Inspection, testing and commissioning for the system handover and the local authorities' acceptance.
· Utilizing and embedding established ECH tools and processes, and develop to suit particular project requirements and Client's operation principles. Additionally utilize technology to support our delivery.
· Strong personal presence pre and post contract working with team members to 'plan, do review' project activity associated with the supply chain in regards to safety, programme, quality, contractors' performance and recommending and implementing corrective action.
· Deliver projects with the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
· Engagement of the Programme Office to embed the common service solution regarding Programmes of Work

Requirement
· Minimum 5 years working experience in building electrical and mechanical services design, monitoring and coordination for the services installation on site, project management and contract administration as well as possess a recognized degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a Professional Association is also preferable.
Specific experience in mechanical and electrical related projects is sought, e.g. building services, air con, lighting whilst experience in corporate grade E&M fit-out would be advantageous.
