职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Ø Provide legal services to RPS China Management team, including:
Ø?Participate in the project bidding, negotiations and documentation and provide legal opinion to business functions;
Ø Draft/modify various legal documents according to corporate Guide and Policies;
Ø Handle and deeply involved in legal cases with support from external lawyers.
Ø Apply to RPS Global and China’s compliance, legal service and supply chain process.
Ø Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, Vendors and monitor supplier performance to access ability to meet the quality and services requirement.
Ø Complete and maintain the legal document's filing
 
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Ø University degree or above with a major in law
Ø Ability to work with lawyers from different countries and understand quickly the issues specific to each law system
Ø Practically-oriented, ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively;
Ø Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to understand various corporate policies, communicate with corporate lawyer and write legal opinion and document in English
Ø At lease 3 years experience in corporate law, experienced in law firm will be a plus 举报 分享
