Head of Wuxi Electronics systems R&D department, focused on electronics
products for building : sensors for Lighting management, electronics
devices for building mnagement and energy management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the R&D department of Legrand Wuxi efficently, in a professional
way.
- Drive the product development activities in relation with the RD
Division. Projects plan is defined by Marketing and R&D.
- With his team, perform the R&D projects , focused on product quality ,
cost efficency and innovation
- Motivate the different jobs and professionals of the team : Electronics
design, Software, Mechanical design, Industrialization, Quality, skills
improvement
- Coordinate and facilitate the relation with the others departments :
Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, logistics, HR
- Supervise the relation with sub contrators for productions and partners,
labs for research and development
- Manage the budget of his R&D center : expenses, investments, resources
Headcount : 25 p

Requirements:
- Master degree in electronics
- 10 years experience minimum in R&D in electronics products
- Strong experience in management of R&D team
- Experience in international company
- If possible, experience in electronics system for Home system /
building automation
- Good english, easy communication
- Strong leadership
