职位描述：
Job Title职位名称: Senior Trainer高级培训师
Reports To上司: Head of Customer Service, RaiIway China中国铁道客户服务主管

Work Location工作地点: Training Center / Customer Site培训中心/客户现场

Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1. Assist to setup China Training Center 参与建立中国培训中心
2. As a member of China Training Center project 作为中国培训中心项目组成员
3. Coordinate the construction of China Training Center 协调中国培训中心的建立
4. Assist to set training strategy and training plan 协助建立中国区培训战略和培训计划
5. Daily administration of China Training Center 中国培训中心日常行政管理
6. Conduct internal training and partial external training 实施开展内部和外部培训
7. Communicate with Europe HQ Training Dept. for alignment 与欧洲总部培训部门沟通一致
8. Introduce HQ proper training course to China 引进适当的总部培训资料到中国
9. Translation of some training material 翻译部分培训资料
10. Training record consolidation 收集整理内外部培训记录
11. Review training feedback for continuous improvement 核对培训反馈不断提高培训质量


Qualifications资格要求:
1. University degree or above , major in hydraulics , electrical; mechanical automation related
     液压，电气，机械&自动化相关工科专业本科及以上学历
2. At least 3 years service or training experience on heavy industrial machines
    三年及以上工业电气重型设备售后服务或技术培训工作经验
3. Be good at English reading，writing, and spoken English 良好的英语书写和口语能力
4. Need certain travel in China and Overseas能适应一定的国内外出差
5. Good communication & presentation skill and team spirit良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神
6. Experience on crane and project management are preferred
