工作职责/Job duty and responsibility

监控材料计划员的订单下达情况, 保证满足生产需求
Monitor & balance the material order release status to ensure production and fulfill customer demand
在满足生产的前提下,控制原材料库存,制定每种原材料的最高储最低储,使库存控制在最低水平
Define the max.and min.stock by material to control the stock level to the lowest level
汇总物流抱怨,要求供应商进行整改,对供应商进行管理, 有效提高供应商交付绩效
Summarize logistic complain and instruct supplier to release PDCA and tracing
the action plan to improve supplier delivery performance
监控计划员与供应商对帐,开发票,确保发票信息与系统收货信息一致
To monitor the records with suppliers every month timely before they issue invoice,
to ensure the invoice is in compliance with system
监控原材料的库存数量与系统是否一致, 监控计划员循环盘点差异分析及行动计划的制定与执行，
并及时调整库存差异
To monitor the consistency between actual stock quantity and system, monitor the cycle counting
deviation analysis & PDCA, adjust the deviation timely
控制长期滞留库存及死库存的产生
control material ordering and no dead stock
无人为原因产生的空运费用
there is no any premium freight caused by wrong ordering
优化订单，整合订货，降低物流费用
optimized weekly order and reduce logistic cost
变更管理
ECR management
进出口相关事宜的管理
Manage import & export issue

知识技能/KSA

具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
具有国际贸易/运输相关知识
Knowledge of international trade/transportation
熟练掌握SAP\EXCEL\Words 等系统
Be familiar with SAP/EXCEL/Words system
具有法律相关的知识和较强的沟通能力
Knowledge of law related and ability of communication
3年以上材料计划经验
At least 3 years material planning experience
