职位描述：
要求 Requirement：

1.Have two years’ experience in quality work; 有两年质量工作经验；

2.Have two years’ work experience automotive industry;有两年的汽车行业经验；

3.Have work experience of process & system audit;有过程审核和体系审核经验；

4. Master the following standard, such as ISO9000 or QS9000 and TS16949& VDA6.5,get the relative certification;熟悉以下标准，如：ISO9000或QS9000和TS16949,VDA6.5并取得相关证书；

5.Master special requirements of automotive industry, such as FMEA,MSA,PPAP,APQP,SPC;熟悉汽车行业特殊要求，如：FMEA,MSA,PPAP,APQP,SPC；

6.Master customers’ special requirements, such as Formel Q;熟悉顾客特殊要求，如Formel Q；

7.Master quality tool, 8Danalysis method;熟悉质量工具，8D分析方法；

8.Have strong ability of team work and cooperation and communication.具有很强的团队合作、协调和沟通能力。

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for quality control of incoming components, feedback and analysis and following and statistic and quality claim or compensation, help supplier make quality improvement;

负责入厂原材料质量控制，反馈、分析、跟踪、统计和索赔，帮助供应商做质量改进，

2.make monthly supplier rating and make yearly process audit per AS 02;

每月供应商质量评价及依据AS 02对指定的供应商完成年度审核；

3.Responsible for PPAP approval for suppliers EC change after SOP and upload into SQP;

负责SOP后供应商过程更改PPAP的批准及上传到SQP系统；

4. Responsible for verify and approve inspection instruction of incoming material and inspection;

负责原材料检验指导书的审核与批准；

5. Participating in new project development;

参与新项目的开发过程；

6. Participating in the activity of quality issue analysis team;

参与质量问题小组分析；

7. Harmonize quality department with other department relation;

协调本部门与其他部门的业务关系；

8.Finish temporary work assigned by above supervisor;

完成上级交给的临时工作；

9.Involve in the APS job;
