职位描述：
Guarantee immediate reaction of supplier in cases of disturbances and deviations
Guarantee the integration of the supplier for the improvement in communication and
quality performance
Guarantee lasting, effective and continuous solutions in problems and improvements
Process analysis (product quality assurance) with the supplier
Verification of the suppliers and their corrective actions
Verification and customisation of the tests for the series-production control of the
purchased parts
Verification of defaults - control plan, method of tests, test equipment, process
capability, FMEA ….. - with the supplier
Verification of product quality of all delivered products with the help of the suppliers
(tests and documentation with the suppliers - evaluation of the test results)
Creation of complaints to the suppliers and evaluation of the response time. Checking
8 D reports on effectiveness.
In any case of production disruption or suspect deliveries a incoming goods test will
be carried out according the SAP test schedule
Demand the supplier to answer immediately and to start in short-term actions.
Demand all relevant costs which are caused by the supplier
Execution of supplier assesment and if nessesary start actions
Involve the customer into the problems with the predefined suppliers
Input of datas and relevant information in the SAP system - in real time
Consideration of relevant law and safty requirements

KSA
Technician or engineer in the metal, platics, fabric or leather profession or a corresponding experience
at a foreign education
Several years of professional experience in the automobile industry or supplier industry
Several years of professional experience in the quality management of the industry
Quality training QA/QB (including customer requirements). Experience in project management,
process approvals, IRIS and audits
German and English language spoken and written
SAP tools
Measuring and checking
QM-systems of automobile industry
Problem solving methods
