职位描述
Dynamics CRM项目经理
工作职责：
- 定义项目的工作范围
- 通过与客户谈判评估项目的需求，负责微软Dynamics CRM项目的业务需求调研、需求分析、实施方案制定；
- 制定项目的计划，涵盖交付质量、沟通要求比如定期的电话会议、人员编制、业务持续计划等决定性要素
- 制定出详细的人员编制需求时间计划，并与HR沟通，在他们的支持下成立项目组
- 使用标准的项目管理工具创建项目工期安排，对于Dynamics CRM各模块熟悉、能进行业务流程梳理
- 根据与客户确定好的指标计划来记录、管理并且定期汇报项目的进展状态（每周、半月或阶段性成果），包括以下要素：项目范围、质量、成就、工期进展和目前遇到的困难和风险
- 到项目结束时，对照设立的目标，总结项目交付的整体状态，并通过述职与公司分享项目的成果
- 根据事先定好的安排与项目的股东们沟通项目进展
- 员工的绩效管理方面：审核并批准团队成员的年度目标，并提供项目上的反馈
- 员工管理和能力发展方面：对员工进行指导，鉴别员工的培训需求，团队的鼓励和奖励等
- 与客户建立起可信赖的关系，提高客户的满意度
- 为公司的能力发展和成长做出应有贡献，包括对培训、招聘、创新和提议的支持
- 知识共享：与同事分享经验教训和/或最佳实践
- 推动项目组外语能力的提升
- 负责项目文档（方案、汇报文档、非标准文档等）的制作，完成项目的实施和验收
任职资格：
- 本科及以上学历, 10年以上软件开发相关经验，2年以上项目管理经验
- 3年以上CRM行业或相关工作经验，有ERP经验者优先；
- 拥有至少一个以上大型CRM项目实施经验；
- 掌握客户沟通、项目管理等工作知识与技巧。
- 有一定项目管理经验
- 软件质量控制方面的知识
- 软件开发生命周期方面的知识
