Job Description:

1. Offering consultant service to improve deals Accessories & Lifestyle performance

提供并帮助汽车经销商提高精品/配件销售业绩

2. Visiting chosen dealers based on accessories & lifestyle business potential and their willingness to take part in the project

根据经销商的精品/配件销售潜力及参加培训意愿度对经销商进行抽样现场调研

3. Presenting product news and pushing assortment highlights

介绍产品信息及其突出亮点

4. Discussion of yearly sales activity plan with each dealership in line with the product developments in the accessories assortment

与各经销商精品/配件销售负责人讨论年度销售计划及产品卖点

5. Secure the implementation of central marketing campaigns offered by OEM at the dealerships

确保各经销商落实主机厂要求的精品/配件的市场推广

6. Check of the implemented material in order to verify if the dealership qualifies for the dealer bonus system

检查经销商落实情况以核实是否符合经销商奖励机制

7. Support the dealership in the presentation of accessories through the implementation of indoor communications systems standards

帮助经销商销售人员运用规定的标准介绍产品

8. Support dealerships in the development of their own local marketing and sales campaigns

帮助经销商推进当地市场的销售

9. Development training material and conduct training at dealership and regional level

开发培训教材并在区域范围内执行对经销商的培训

10. Report to OEM region and central on a regular base

定期向主机厂区域或中央管理部门汇报

Job Requirements:

1. Experience with profound automotive accessories & lifestyle (ideally worked at dealerships)

具有优秀的汽车精品/配件销售经验（经销商工作经验优先）

2. Be willing to travel a lot

能够接受频繁出差

3. Strong interpersonal communication, coaching & presentation skills in Mandarin, English language skills preferable

优秀的沟通、辅导及表达能力，具备英语交流能力优先

4. Ability to work pro-actively and independently. Computer literate especially with Excel, Word & PPT.

能够积极并独立工作。熟练操作办公软件。
