Purpose of position:
To maintenance recruitment, training, the foreign affairs and keep the administration work in order within the company so as to satisfy the requirements of company on HR and administration.

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for recruitment including publishing recruitment ad., selection of CV, pre-interview, signing labor contracts with employees and dealing with personnel procedures with government agencies, etc.
2. Be responsible for training work including compiling annual training plan, selection of training vendors, organizing, following and evaluating training courses, etc.
3. Ensure to pass ISO/TS16946 audit and WCM PD pillar audit annually.
4. Be responsible for foreign affairs
？ Be responsible for expatriates related issues working in China
？ Preparing all the documents to ensure foreigner arriving China and Chinese to go abroad on business purpose. Such as invitation letter, visa
？ Support the foreigner to book the hotel arrangement and air-tickets etc. in China
5. Be in charge of cleaning work of company and canteen, stationery management, business card.
6. Be in charge of the office lay out
7. Be responsible for IS014000 audit from HR side and EHS related work
8. Plan and organize various company activities like annual dinner, group travel, sports games, family day etc.
9. Make necessary filing ensuring all HR and admin. documents are in good order
10. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
1, College or University diploma;
2, Minimum 2-year relevant working experience preferably in a Foreign Invested Company;
3, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4, Good command of English in both spoken and written;
5, ISO/TS 16949 internal auditor certificate
