职位描述：
1、Participate in APQP (advance product quality planning) stage; 负责产品先期的质量策划；
2、Responsible for PPAP (production part approval process) and ISIR (initial sample inspection report) submission;负责生产件批准程序以及初期样品检验报告；
3、Create measurement plan and CMM test result analysis for initial samples; 负责创建产品的测量计划及初期样品的三坐标测量结果分析；
4、Participate in gauge design, gage build up, gage buy off; 参与测量仪器的设计、建立及采购；
5、Make the validation test in project stage; 负责项目阶段的确认实验；
6、Monitoring quality in all stages of the series production process (incoming, processing and delivery); 负责监控批量产品各个阶段的质量（包括入口、过程和交付）；
7、Work on customer requirements and handle customer complaints and working out 8-D report; 负责根据客户要求 客户抱怨并提交8-D报告；
8、Responsible for product audit; 负责相关产品审核；
9、Conducting training of inspectors & operators related to quality; 负责对检查员及操作者进行质量相关培训；
10、Supervising quality inspectors; 负责指导检查员；
11、Build up and update CP & WI (for inspection) &PIP and other relative quality documents in time; 负责及时建立及更新CP/WI/PIP以其他相关质量文件。
