Business Applications:
·Evaluate, Understand, and Analysis Business Systems in order to resolve issues and exploit features
·Assist in analysis and offer recommendations to improve the use and execution of IT applications
·Work Process Documentation
·Problem Definition and resolution
·Feasibility and functionality studies
·Project Coordination (Pre and Post launch)
·Excellent communication interface with Information Technology personnel and user community
·Strong working relationship with key business function users and managers.
·Communication and training presentations as required.
·Monthly activity and/or status reports as required.
·Ensure company Information Technology evolving strategies are pursued
·Input to annual systems strategies for the plant.
Infrastructure and System Software:
·Administer the PCs, LAN, WAN, Windows Servers and other IT Resources to ensure smooth and efficient operation
·Implement, Manage and Fine tune Backup and Business continues plan and make sure they are followed Plan, Coordinate and implement System upgrades
·Proactively manage the IT resources to limit intrusion, virus/worm attacks (correct patch levels, virus protection etc)
·Evaluate, report, and fine tune network performance.
·Install, support and maintain Operating Systems,
Education/Experience:
·Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering
·Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Business Processes and ERP Applications
·Sound knowledge of Relational Database concepts
·ERP Applications System Administration
·Project Management
·Problem Identifying and Solving
·Communication/Collaboration Skills
·Able to proactively foresee potential problems and perform proactive actions in advance
·Able to take keen interest in the latest advances in IT
·Able to present and sell ideas
·Able to work through people
