Responsibility工作职责

1. Confirming the technical possibility of new development and modified product under the consideration of production technology.在考虑到生产技术方面因素的情况下与设计研发部门一起确定新开发和更改产品的生产技术可能性

2. Making the cost-saving feasibility analysis under the consideration of production technology and product quality. Confirming the precept of production type, working procedure, proper material, test and checking tool. Taking part in making budget.在考虑到生产技术和质量的情况下给出生产成本节约可行性，确定生产类型、生产工序、合适的材料、实验和检具方案，合作进行先期预算

3. Planning new production technology under consideration of new and/or self-developed precept.在考虑到新的和/或自己设计的新方案的情况下,计划新的生产工艺

4. Commanding the production capability of new and/or modified molds.掌握用于新的和/或更改的可供生产使用的模具生产能力

5. Establishing and monitoring the schedule of new or changed projects together with development department在考虑到客户要求的情况下与研发部门协商制作并监控新项目/项目更改的总体时间进度，

6. Establishing production documents and monitoring the implement of the measures in them. Making working procedure for production and quality documents in order to make sure information flow.编制生产文件，监督生产文件的执行,设计产品生产程序.如：制作生产和质量文件，以确保信息流通

7. Providing technical support to related responsible department after series production.为相关负责的部门提供批量后产品的技术支持

8. Making technical precept for fixture and checking tools under the consideration of keeping the given budget, for example: Confirming the fixture concept precept according to price, technical requirement, schedule and quality. Finding out solution in case of problem in production.在考虑到维持给定预算的情况下制作工装,检具的技术方案和描述，比如说按照价格、技术要求和时间/质量节点，确认工装的方案,对出现生产上的问题,给出技术解决方案

9. Making proper technical measures to reduce the cost of fixture, checking tool and their modifying. Establishing related technical instructions and frame conditions and controlling the being followed.引入合适的技术措施以减少工装,检具的制作和更改成本，并制作相应的技术说明和框架条件并控制其遵守

10. Providing dimension test report.提供尺寸的试装报告

11. Taking part in production transfer and new project kick-off. Following up and monitoring production technology together with related department.共同完成生产移交和新项目启动，与相关部门一起跟踪监督生产工艺。

Qualification职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related本科或本科以上学历，理工类专业，机械设计及工艺专业优先；

2. Skilled in English and software, good at Catia V5. 熟练的中英文表达能力和电脑操作技能，熟练操作CATIA V5的优先；

3. 3 above years work experiences in technology or mechanism熟悉机械结构和机械加工常识，三年以上机械设计经验；

4. Ability in problem solving, good at communication and interpersonal skill, team work spirit.具备较强的独立解决问题的能力和良好的沟通协调能力以及团队合作精神。
