Responsibility

1. Monitor the suppliers new project development with APQP tools, and catch the project time schedule on time and in time.

2. Examining and releasing the first sample test report (EMPB/PPAP) from the supplier with regard to dimensions, functions, materials and surface properties statements, possibly also conducting random sample checks of the dimensions listed in the EMPB/PPAP or initiating laboratory investigations.

3. Conducting the necessary audits, process acceptances and Full Run Tests within the context of APQP activities at the supplier.

4. Organizing Quality audit on potential suppliers

5. Filing and maintaining the records and documents in PDM and other stipulated systems.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electronics and engineering.

2. Proficient English and Computer skills.

3. Above 5years SQE, production process and project management experiences in automotive industry,

4. A frequent user of FEMA etc five quality tools and IQ-FMEA application

5. Excellent communication, coordinating and problem solving ability and team work spirit.
