工作职责

1. Constitute the advanced process plan of the new products.新产品前期工艺计划的制订以及工艺改进和完善；

2. Making the cost-saving feasibility analysis under the consideration of production technology and product quality. Confirming the precept of production type, working procedure, proper material, test and checking tool. Taking part in making budget.考虑到生产技术和质量的情况下给出生产成本节约可行性，确定生产类型、生产工序、合适的材料、试验和检具方案，进行先期预算；

3. Communicate and coordinating with the customer.负责与客户的信息沟通以及相关协调工作；

4. Compile the technical documents，Design request audit and checking the fixture.工艺文件的编制;工装设计要求、审核及验证；

5. Constitute and improving the process route, and dispose the workshop.负责工艺路线的制定、完善，车间场地布置。

职位要求

1. Bachelor or upwards, major in Mechanical Engineering or related. 本科以上学历, 机械工程等相关专业；

2. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, and good computer skill. 流利的中英文表达能力,熟练的电脑操作技能；

3. 3 years above process planning related work experiences; knowledge in assembly and quality system will be a big plus.具有3年以上工艺策划相关经验；装配相关知识，了解质量体系；

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill, team work spirit and excellent problem resolve capability.良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神以及出色的独立解决问题的能力。
