主要工作Main Missions：
组织Organization
－招募人员并培训 Recruitment &training
－制定预算并控制 Budget and controlling
－在顾客面前代表工厂管理层，并在工厂内作为顾客的呼声 Represents plant management in front of the customer and is the customer's advocate in the plant
－确保FES的质量方面要求在工厂的符合性，职能上负责在工厂内推广QSE方法 Guarantees that all quality aspects of the FES (Faurecia Excellence System) are met in the plant. Is responsible for promoting the QSE approach within the plant。
－负责确保只将“一分”件发送给顾客，在符合公司标准的前提下确保顾客满意（将顾客要求转化为内部要求） Is responsible that only products approved with “Note 1” are shipped to the customer. Ensures customer satisfaction while complying with company standards ( transforms customer requirements into internal ones )
－有责任和权限停止不合格产品的生产和发运当产品发生内部或外部不合格时，处理让步放行，填写让步放行数据库。 Has the responsibility and authority to stop nonconforming product. Handles concessions in case of nonconforming product internally and externally (feeds in the Concession Data base)
- 有责任控制并改进供应商的产品质量 Is responsible for control and improve the supplier quality.
－根据ISO/TS 16949任管理者代表，并确保管理系统在工厂实施的效率。按标准规定向工厂经理，质量总监及顾客分部汇报质量状况 Is the management representative acc. to ISO/TS 16949 and hence assures the efficiency of the management system at the site. Reports the quality situation to the plant manager and the quality director of the customer division according to standardised rules
－亲自确保遵守产品“安全与法规”标准（顾客和内部的） Personally ensures the respect of Product "Safety and Regulation" standards ( both customer and internal )
人员管理people management
— 负责质量部人员的管理 Resp. to all Quality Staff management.
团队合作Team work
－与所有职能配合并提供/获得支持确保QSE的实施 Work with all functions and provide/get supports to ensure the implementation of QSE
－与工厂团队共同确保顾客满意 Work with plant team to reach customer satisfaction
附加或特殊工作任务Specific missions and results：
直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager

任职资格Qualification：
--至少5年以上同行业质量管理经验； At least 5 years quality management experience of the same field.
--3--5年以上团队管理经验； Team work management experience above 3 to 5 years
--熟悉质量体系及质量控制工具等 To be familiar with quality system and quality control toolings
--良好的中英文沟通能力。 Good communication with english and chinese.

长春佛吉亚旭阳汽车内饰系统有限公司前身系法国独资的佛吉亚（长春）汽车部件系统有限公司，始建于2004年；2010年10月由佛吉亚（中国）投资有限公司出资10%，佛吉亚（长春）汽车部件系统有限公司出资50%，长春旭阳工业（集团）有限公司出资40%组建成新的合资公司。总投资2亿元人民币，主营业务为生产、装配、销售汽车内饰产品，并提供售后服务和技术咨询（项目筹建）。公司位于长春高新技术产业开发区，占地面积50,000平方米，到2010年底建筑面积为10,000平方米，现有员工300余人。至今公司已经通过了3C认证、TS/16949质量体系认证、ISO14001&OHS18001认证，目前为一汽大众A级供应商。
