职位描述：

1/按照公司安全环境体系要求进行管理和工作；
2/保障批量产品顺利生产，解决生产中出现的技术问题；
3/对批产产品进行持续改进，优化工艺装备、改进工艺过程、分析操作动作，提高生产效率、降低生产成本；
4/参与新产品开发，按照质量体系要求编制作业基准书；
5/对产品部件进行工艺过程国产化开发；
6/完善车间场地布置，优化生产流程；
7/根据产品生产需求开发试验、验收新工艺、新设备；
8/设计制造和改进工位器具，满足批产要求。
9/培训操作者提高生产技能和对产品的认知度；
10/需要时，进行工装和设备调试；
11,负责焊接结构件焊接工艺编制并指导,实施,提出相关焊材要求及焊接质量的质量检查;
12,对于生产过程中所发生的质量问题要做好详细记录并且向主管汇报;
13,负责改进焊接工艺，焊接产品质量,并控制焊材定额及成本;
14,对生产过程中的焊接工艺标准,技术要点与生产部门以及公司的技术支持部门进行技术交底;
15,编制焊工考试要领书,对焊工进行相关的上岗培训和技术业务培训,配合公司相关的资质维护工作.

职位要求：
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，材料类、金属类、机械类专业，英语听说读写良好，满足日常工作需要；
2. 5年以上汽车零部件、轨道车或相关车辆行业小型密封件的焊接现场工程师经验；熟练掌握钎焊的技术要求和知识；
3.专业技能方面：
体系和工具的熟悉和良好应用、培训推广。汽车零部件质量管理体系的要求TS16949；欧美整车厂的特殊要求；行业顾客有关体系流程；五大工具内容。
技能基础。熟练掌握焊接工艺基础知识（各类缺陷及预防整改措施），特别是钎焊、气体保护焊的知识，密封性小部件焊接的技术知识；常用材料的焊接特性和焊接工艺参数，碳钢、铝、不锈钢等。
熟练掌握主要生产设备、设施，凸焊、点焊、弧焊、螺柱焊。
熟练掌握相关工装、检具和放错技术，能够独立设计和参与制作简单的模具；主导焊接的工装结构、总成检具及验收工作，防漏放错技术的培训和持续主导；主导进行各类试验方法及更新要求，8D报告的生成。

The three shareholders are ContiTech AG headquartered in Germany, FAW Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Grand Ocean Industries, with the proportion of investment being 51%, 14.7% and 34.3% respectively. In May 2011, the company launched SAP system and implemented successfully in less than 6 months. With the application of the system, the company has fully realized data-based management.
