Main Accountabilities 主要责任:
- Industrialization for production line Supporting the production for maintenance, troubleshooting and training
- Continuously improve line KPIs
- Budget Planning
- Detail layout for the workshop Responsible for planning the material handling and transportation within workshop

Supporting the production for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide operation supply list and space part list before mass production
Provide emergency service for troubleshooting
- Continuously improve line KPIs
- Improve line capacity incl. Cycle time and OEE
- Improve quality incl. PPM and FPY
- Improve scrap cost
- Expense plan
- Maintain production machines and periphery equipment to meet investment budget, quality target, capacity target and environment aspects
- Set down the schedule of preventive maintenance and production instruction according to the repair record and equipment status analysis. Organize and implement them, responsible for the preventive maintenance effectiveness implementation of daily and weekly preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for the management and analysis of the equipment spare parts
- Organize and arrange the work task, training and performance evaluation of the reporters
- Work with other departments to upgrade, improve and optimize the equipment
- Join the analysis of the quality problem and project implement
Performs other duties if assigned by superior (from time to time)
.Requirement:
- Bachelor or Masters engineering degree
- Min. 5 years experience, 2 years with managing people
- Fluent in English
- Very good organization and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Chinese and/or German appreciated
