本职位工作地点为：吉林省长春市，应聘人员需为长春当地人。

主要工作内容为常驻客户现场，协调公司物料供应、使用及后续使用确认等。

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the delivery from JIT warehouse to customer production line.

- Coordinate the inspection related work according to customer requirements and actual situation.

- Sign for and manage the receiving of related logistics documents

- Coordinate with some other suppliers of customers for the logistics issues.

- Monitor the inventory level and using status of Novelis materials in customer warehouse

- Coordinate the entry inspection by customer for Novelis materials

- Coordinate the pre-treatment for the materials with minor and acceptable defects

- Support the creation of order monthly

- Follow up with customer and related 3rd party for the related documents for sales confirmation

- Statistics used materials and support the input into customer ERP system

- Coordinate the confirmation of materials consumptions with customer and 3rd party

- Receive and transfer the documents and receipts between Novelis and customer.

- Support the reconciliation of data between customer and Novelis

- Report the quality issue during customer production as soon as it is receive

- Coordinate the re-trying for the reported materials according to actual situation.

Requirements

- College degree

- 2+ years experience in field customer service

- Solid knowledge for the process of order to cash and logistics.

- Excellent customer service skills

- Pay attention to the detail

- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with others through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload;

- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment

- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency
